We have exciting news! EC Waste has completed the acquisition of Republic Services of Puerto Rico, a subsidiary of Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) effective September 1, 2020. Republic Services of Puerto Rico is a fully integrated company that serves industrial, commercial, recycling, and landfill customers in Puerto Rico. As part of the agreement, we will continue to provide service to those customers, operate the Ponce and Salinas landfills, and welcome over 120 employees to our current family.
